The day April of the year 27 2005, the General Direction of Institutional Relationships of the Spanish Ministry of Defence had to well to register Legion of Frontiersmen - Spain S.I.O.C., in the Database of their Associative Cell of Reservists, after the scrupulous contribution of the whole International Documentation acreditante to the effect. The Statutes of the denominated Legion of Frontiersmen - Spain S.I.O.C., for the international peculiarities that it possesses, made consist on time that besides being governed at internal level by its Statutes, maintaining its independence, in external level and of performances you specify, it will be governed abiding to the legal dispositions that emanate of the Ministries of Defence, Interior and External Affairs, defending its ideals, in a free world, with the true and natural rights of people, such and like they are expressed in the Letter of the Organization of the United Nations (U.N.), where Legion of Frontiersmen in active member. The Spanish Command of Legion of Frontiersmen, is only, sole right and exclude, a Civic-military Organization of support and support like in all the countries where a Command exists LF/IOC, objective to the Defence and the domestic National Security, of absolutely voluntary nature since is not I lower any contract, composed by reservists with specialty, of permanent nature since don't depend economically on her, external to the Armed Forces and the Security Corps although interlacing connected with them and independent as for structure and flowchart, since he enjoys total independence with regard to the Administration, to the Political Party and Associations of any nature, with a proud and only history in its genesis and in its gender that already goes back to the 102 years and full capacity of working according to the Legislation. Their trainings objective to the Defence and National Security and the centennial historical dedication undertaken in the promotion of the Culture of Defence, it bears a cohesion inside the Command and a deep sense of companionship, of which one enjoys among all their members beyond of any Frontier, promoting the faith, the justice, the social order and the peace, developing study programs, investigation and teachers, as well as the training, recycling and setting to permanent point of their members, by means of courses, seminars, simposiums, days and conferences of Culture of Defence, requesting officially for it, the support of the Ministries and national facultative Institutions. Their stocks and unfolding, harvested in the bottom and exclusively for the abilities and experience of their members, they are good to provide to the Nations, of a Corps or Civic-military, well taught and disciplined standby Force, made aware of their pure scale of values and simply Civic-military that is devoted to serve to the International Community, providing, always maintaining their independence, the help everywhere that it is necessary, whenever this invited one or required to make such a service, as well as, whenever their particular structure allows him its competition, since as entity of international private law, it is governed by the effective legislation, although in its interior regime, it transcends of a deep observance sense and assumed civic-military rigor of the unique conducive duty and exclusively, to the best defence in the Militia, of the Nation and of the Crown, as well as to a spirit of transcendent service in exception states, emergency situations, disasters, catastrophes, rescues, evacuations or necessary general mobilization, in and of itself preserve and it uses legally from its foundation in 1904, the whole traditional, historical, organic, social, functional and hierarchical emblematical purely military you. The members of their Units of reservists, permanent, volunteers, external and independent they assist regularly to inter-continental training sessions, training as parachutists, divers, skiers, climbers, topographers, paramedic and operative of defence and security, as it is the specialty of each one, receiving all apart from their specialty, the whole rest of spectra, in for of being useful in any circumstance class, supporting in this case the efforts of Spain guided to the development of the relationships pacifies international and to the defence of the principles of Freedom, Democracy and State of Right, as well as configuring inside the European (U.E.O.), Atlantic (N.A.T.O.) and International community (O.N.U.) from the General Program of Integration, an union of efforts, for the Collective Defence and the maintenance of the Peace and of the Security, according to the foundations of their Founder’s Statutes, providing when necessary, a group of men and women that act as civil defence, intellectually the adults for their experience and operatively the youths in active age, when they are necessary, in emergency situations, catastrophe, exception states, rescues, evacuations or mobilizations, having a mounted Watch of Honour for the Offerings from flowers to the deeds. Legion of Frontiersmen is therefore and it is declared in an Universal way, an Organization absolutely NOT politics, lively to the national patriotism and the supra-national support, in all the countries inside its jurisdiction, serving to its Nations with all Loyalty, Nobility and Dignity, without waiting any privilege and with zeal, with arrogance and satisfaction of the fulfilled duty, observing the Effective Legislations conscientiously in each country. In Spain, the LF/SIOC OSP is especially to the service, of that countersigned in the artº 30 of the Constitution, point 1º and artº 56, points 1º, 2º and 3º, as well as keeping absolute and scrupulous observance of the regulate in the artº 22 and very especially of its point 5º. En el día 1 del mes de Octubre del año 2001 casi dos años antes de los execrables hechos del 11-S y tres años antes de los brutales e inhumanos del 11-M, dos fechas imborrables y de triste memoria internacional, que marcaron un antes y un después, es autorizada por Orden Inter-Continental del Cuartel General LF/IOC, la creación dependiente del futuro Comando español S.I.O.C., de la única Oficina Estratégica de Protección (O.S.P.), de Legión de Hombres de Fronteras. El día 13 de Septiembre del año 2004 y número de salida 9.078, la Secretaria General Técnica – Registro General del Ministerio del Interior español tuvo a bien registrar Legión de Hombres de Fronteras - España S.I.O.C., después de la aportación escrupulosa de toda la Documentación acreditativa y autorizaciones Internacionales al efecto, así como subsanados todos los defectos de forma, acordes a Ley, dentro del Grupo 1º, Sección 1ª. El día 27 de Abril del año 2005, la Dirección General de Relaciones Institucionales del Ministerio de Defensa español tuvo a bien registrar Legión de Hombres de Fronteras - España S.I.O.C., en la Base de Datos de su Célula Asociativa de Reservistas, después de la aportación escrupulosa de toda la Documentación acreditativa Internacional al efecto. Los Estatutos de la denominada Legión de Hombres de Fronteras – España, por las peculiaridades internacionales que posee, hicieron constar puntualmente, que además de regirse a nivel interno por sus Estatutos, manteniendo su independencia, en nivel externo y de actuaciones especificas, se regirá ateniéndose a las disposiciones legales que emanen de los Ministerios de Defensa, Interior y Asuntos Exteriores, defendiendo sus ideales, en un mundo libre, con los verdaderos y naturales derechos de las personas, tal y como se encuentran expresados en la Carta de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas (O.N.U.), en donde Legion of Frontiersmen en miembro activo. El Comando español de Legión de Hombres de Fronteras, es única, exclusiva y excluyentemente, una Organización Cívico-Militar de soporte y apoyo como en todos los países donde existe un Comando LF/IOC, objetivados a la Defensa y la Seguridad Nacional del País, de índole absolutamente voluntaria ya que no está bajo ningún contrato, compuesta por reservistas con especialidad, de índole permanente ya que no dependen económicamente de ella, externos a las Fuerzas Armadas y a los Cuerpos de Seguridad aunque enlazados con ellas e independientes en cuanto a estructura y organigrama, ya que goza de total independencia con respecto a la Administración, a los Partidos Políticos y Asociaciones de cualquier índole, con una historia orgullosa y única en su génesis y en su género, que se remonta ya a los 102 años y plena capacidad de obrar según la Legislación. Sus adiestramientos objetivados a la Defensa y Seguridad Nacional y la centenaria dedicación histórica emprendida en la promoción de la Cultura de Defensa, conlleva una cohesión dentro del Comando y un profundo sentido de camaradería, del que se goza entre todos sus miembros allende de cualquier Frontera, promocionando la fe, la justicia, el orden social y la paz, desarrollando programas de estudio, investigación y docencia, así como el adiestramiento, reciclaje y puesta a punto permanente de sus miembros, mediante cursos, seminarios, simposiums, jornadas y conferencias de Cultura de Defensa, solicitando para ello oficialmente, el apoyo de los Ministerios e Instituciones potestativas nacionales. Sus acciones y despliegues, cosechados en el fondo y exclusivamente por las habilidades y experiencia de sus miembros, sirven para proveer a las Naciones, de un Cuerpo o Fuerza de Reserva Cívico-Militar, bien enseñada y disciplinada, concienciada de su escala de valores pura y simplemente castrenses, que se dedica a servir a la Comunidad Internacional, proporcionando, manteniendo siempre su independencia, la ayuda dondequiera que sea necesario, siempre que este invitada o requerida para hacer tal servicio, así como, siempre que su estructura particular le permita su concurso, ya que como entidad de derecho privado internacional, se rige por la vigente legislación, aunque en su régimen interior, trasciende de un profundo sentido de acatamiento y asumido rigor cívico-militar del deber conducente única y exclusivamente, a la mejor defensa de la Milicia, de la Nación y de la Corona, así como a un espíritu de servicio trascendente en estados de excepción, situaciones de emergencia, desastres, catástrofes, rescates, evacuaciones o necesaria movilización general, por ello conserva y utiliza legalmente desde su fundación en 1904, toda la emblemática tradicional, histórica, orgánica, social, funcional y jerárquica puramente castrense. Los miembros de sus Unidades de reservistas, permanentes, voluntarios, externos e independientes atienden a sesiones de adiestramiento inter-continentales con regularidad, entrenando como paracaidistas, buceadores, esquiadores, escaladores, topógrafos, enfermeros y operativos de defensa y seguridad, según sea la especialidad de cada uno, recibiendo todos aparte de su especialidad, todo el resto de espectros, en pro de ser útiles en cualquier clase de circunstancia, apoyando en este caso los esfuerzos de España encaminados al desarrollo de las relaciones pacificas internacionales y a la defensa de los principios de Libertad, Democracia y Estado de Derecho, así como configurando dentro de la Comunidad Europea (U.E.O.), Atlántica (O.T.A.N.) e Internacional (O.N.U.) dentro del Programa General de Integración, una unión de esfuerzos, para la Defensa Colectiva y el mantenimiento de la Paz y de la Seguridad, según los fundamentos de sus Estatutos Fundacionales, proporcionando si es necesario, un grupo de hombres y mujeres que actúan como defensa civil, intelectualmente los mayores por su experiencia y operativamente los jóvenes en edad activa, cuando son necesarios, en situaciones de emergencia, catástrofe, estados de excepción, rescates, evacuaciones o movilizaciones, teniendo una Guardia de Honor montada para las Ofrendas de Flores a los caídos. Legión de Hombres de Fronteras es por tanto y se declara de forma Universal, una Organización absolutamente NO política, animada al patriotismo nacional y al apoyo supra-nacional, en todos los países dentro de su jurisdicción, sirviendo a sus Naciones con toda Lealtad, Nobleza y Dignidad, sin esperar ningún privilegio y con celo, con arrogancia y satisfacción del deber cumplido, observando escrupulosamente las Legislaciones Vigentes en cada país. En España., el LF/SIOC OSP está especialmente al servicio, de lo refrendado en el artº 30 de la Constitución, punto 1º y artº 56, puntos 1º, 2º y 3º, así como guardando absoluta y escrupulosa observancia de los tipificado en el artº 22 y muy especialmente de su punto 5º.
